Beaty Family Scholarship

Established in 2008 in memory of Coach Bob Beaty, the first head football coach at Chatfield Senior High, the scholarship has been awarded every year to Chatfield Charger athletes.

Scholarship winners are selected based on their character and integrity in sports, the classroom and their daily life, and have been recommended by your coach to apply for the Beaty Family Scholarship.

Macaulay Wank Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2025, the Macaulay Wank Memorial Scholarship in honor of Macaulay Wank, Chatfield Class of 2011.

Macaulay has always been a team player. From baseball, to rugby, to football, he enjoyed team sports where he was able to showcase his athleticism and demonstrate the pride that he had for his team and school. As Macaulay narrowed his focus, football became his true passion. He took his role on the defensive line seriously, and was proud to have the role of defending and holding the line among his teammates. His passion for the game came from his love of his team, the fans, coaches, and the connection to the greater school community. As much as he loved the game itself, we always had the feeling that it was the connection with his team that kept him returning each season, pushing himself to do better, not only for the self satisfaction, but also to make his team proud. He cared deeply about others’ stories, backgrounds, and cultures which made him open to new experiences. After high school those qualities helped him make countless friends, start a band, and earn recognition from his employer and customers for being a great team member.
